Staci Pennington joined Montgomery County ESD 1 in 2023, bringing over 30 years of expertise in Human Resources and Benefit Administration. With a strong background in payroll processing and administrative support, she plays a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the department. Her attention to detail and dedication to efficiency make her an invaluable asset to the team.

Outside of work, Staci enjoys unwinding by gardening, scrapbooking, and cherishing quality time with her family. A passionate photographer in her spare time, she loves capturing life’s special moments—especially those shared with her grandbabies. Her creativity and appreciation for the little things in life bring joy to both her work and personal endeavors.
